Christian Colasuonno

Christian is an executive level integrated producer who loves making things. He has over 15+ years of production experience, spanning both coasts & the midwest, helping guide award-winning campaigns across multiple mediums for some of the biggest brands in the world – Sony Music, Microsoft, Clorox, Intel, Godiva, Diageo, McDonald’s,  eBay and Ford. He’s made a career at helping traditional agencies (JWT, DDB, GTB) to think differently

Most recently Christian led digital production & creative innovation teams at GTB (f.k.a Team Detroit), helping transform TV-centric Ford & Lincoln brand marketers into more digitally led advertisers by overseeing formation of a new kind of Integrated Production department, breaking down barriers by example, rewriting processes and establishing more digitally focused KPIs for the group.

During his career he has pioneered new approaches to advertising – creating platform specific content, real-time response creative, content studios, brand labs, Mixed Reality (AR & VR), experiential installations, apps, sales tools on Ford.com, interactive OOH , etc. He has broken new ground in the social space guiding first-to-market executions with new tools from Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram & Twitter. He’s spoken on panels at SXSW, IAB, ANA, AICP, 4A’s with wide ranging topics from Digital Production best practices to Virtual Reality.

On a personal level, Christian is very passionate about emerging media and innovation in work and life, constantly creating with a closet full of gadgets. At home he raises 3 little boys and is married to a wonderful woman who keeps him humble and powered by smiles.

Alexander Rea

Alexander Rea is a 19 time Cannes Lion Award-winning technology and creative director best known for his innovation and creative leadership on “Field Trip to Mars”,  the VR school bus that received over 130 industry awards and after touring the U.S. for two years, and inspiring over 100,000 future explorers, is now in the permanent collection of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. He has been honored with the top industry awards for his technology driven campaign work, including Gold Innovation, Cyber and Design Cannes Lions; Gold Experiential and Immersive Design One Show Pencils, as well as the ADC Black Cube, the Grand Clio, and was ranked one of the Top 10 Creatives at The One Show 2017.

A leader and doer with over 20 years of experience and passion for the intersection of design, technology and humanity, Alexander works best when enhancing creative and strategic ideas that are rooted in technology. He knows how to take an idea off the page and make people feel it by creating experiences that successfully sell the risky idea to the risk averse CMO.

Alexander has been involved with consumer technology and the Internet since the days of dial-up and began coding websites and making interactive CD-ROM content in the mid 90s. Most recently he’s served as the Creative Technology Officer for DDB in North America where he was responsible for providing solutions and leadership for technology enabled ideas and innovative creative solutions for non-Ad-like-objects in New York, Chicago and San Francisco offices. Prior roles include Executive Creative Director at We Are Unlimited on McDonald’s, Head of Creative Technology at Framestore, Technology Experience Lead at Co:Collective, Director of Technology at IPG Media Lab, and early-stage start-up mentor for R/GA and NEW INC’s accelerators.

He’s a native New Yorker who grew up in a diverse family of artists and decorated military combat Veterans and is a Dad, husband, cook, musician and mechanic.
